Friends of Burley is excited to announce our largest fundraiser of the year, our annual Winter Party, in support of Burley Elementary School.
This year’s event will take place at Ravenswood Event Center on Friday, March 3rd from 7:00 to 11:00 pm. We are expecting approximately 300 people to attend the celebration event.
Fundraising efforts at this event enable FOB to meet the critical needs of Burley where Chicago Public Schools funding falls short, providing a vital source of immediately available monies to ensure Burley School has what it needs to provide a comprehensive and supportive education to its 555+ students. Donations fund the Merit Music program for every child at Burley, as well as the 1:1 technology program, and critical staff positions.
The generosity of the Burley community is a defining characteristic of our school’s 127-year history and our Winter Party success is a shining example of this tradition. To help us meet this school year’s fundraising goal, we are asking for sponsorships from local businesses and individuals. Winter Party is a fundraiser of FOB, a 501(c)3 charity, making your gift tax-deductible (EIN#03-0539914). Additionally, we will be featuring sponsors at the event in several ways:
PLATINUM SPONSOR: $2,000: Your business name and logo will be projected in lights on the wall for the entirety of the event. Your logo will be included on large signage at the event entrance and marketing materials on our website. Your logo will be shared on social media (~750 followers) and included in eblasts (~1200 recipients). You will also receive two free tickets to the event.
GOLD SPONSOR: $1,500 Your business logo will be printed on cocktail napkins or cups used throughout the event. Your logo will be included on large signage at the event entrance and marketing materials on our website. Your logo will be shared on social media (~750 followers) and included in eblasts (~1200 recipients).
SILVER SPONSOR: $750: Your business name and logo will be featured at all of the carnival games played during the evening with professionally printed signs. Your logo will be included on large signage at the event entrance and marketing materials on our website. Your logo will be shared on social media (~750 followers) and included in eblasts (~1200 recipients).
BRONZE SPONSOR: $350: Your business name will be featured at cocktail tables with professionally printed signs. Your logo will be included on large signage at the event entrance and marketing materials on our website. Your logo will be shared on social media (~750 followers) and included in eblasts (~1200 recipients).
