Walkathon Sponsorship

Description

Friends of Burley (FOB) is excited to announce our student led Spring fundraiser, Walkathon!  All Burley School students grades K-8 will participate in the event on Friday May 9, 2025.

Walkathon is a fundraiser of FOB, a 501(c)3 charity.

GOLD SPONSOR: $1,500

All in Silver, plus:

• Signage placed on the fence along the heavily trafficked entrance of Burley School, for 7 days in the week of the event (includes 5 school days and 2 weekend days)
• Logo under "Gold" sponsor header

SILVER SPONSOR: $500

All in Bronze  plus:

• Inclusion of logo and "Silver" sponsor header in all digital communications
• Name and logo shared on social media posts leading up to the event (~750 followers, 4+ posts)

BRONZE SPONSOR: $350

• Name and logo included in 8 emails (4 general emails, with Walkathon sections, 3 Walkathon specific emails, 1 Walkathon Recap and Thank-you email following the event (~1,000 recipients per communication)
• Name and logo on Friends of Burley Walkathon event landing page
• Optional:  Inclusion of retail location on the Saturday Community Walkathon route and map (depending on location appropriateness for access by Burley families)
